- Hovivuori's practical approach leads to the adoption of long-lasting working methods. By enhancing body awareness, the aim is to prevent pains and problems, and even correct potential incorrect postures. All these improve the performing artist's awareness of their own being and contribute to endurance – the actual doing becomes easier, and art has a freer channel to manifest.
